Consists of a copy of THE LEADER subscription form used by William Langer to obtain contributions from his governmental appointees, a newspaper clipping, and a letter sent to employees in state agencies and institutions requesting contributions to support Langer's appeal of his conviction for solicitation of money from federal employees for political purposes.
